We have begun work on the second phase of Origin's £30m (GDV) industrial and logistics scheme, ARK, delivering a further 54,000sq ft unit at Markham Vale, Derbyshire.

We completed the first phase of ARK for Origin, a JV between HBD (Part of Henry Boot) and Feldberg Capital, back in October 2025.

 

This provides 107,000sq ft of ESG-compliant I&L space. Capital Angling secured the first unit, taking 17,050sq ft at the flagship M1 development.

After delivering phase one to excellent standards and 6 weeks ahead of programme, it’s positive to see ARK progressing into its final stage. We look forward to delivering another high-quality, sustainable building that reflects Origin’s ambitions and meets the expectations of modern industrial and logistics occupiers.
