We’re pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the Department for Education’s (DfE) 2025 Construction Framework (CF25).

We’ve been working with the DfE on its Construction Frameworks since 2017, and we’re proud to have been rewarded a place on this latest iteration – a £15bn school rebuilding programme that’s due to run for the next eight years from January 2026. It will feature a total of 23 contractors spanning all lots and regions.

As part of CF25, we will deliver projects in the North East (lot 3), East Midlands (lot 5), and Yorkshire & Humber (lot 4) regions, within the £4.4m-£12m value band, supporting the DfE’s aim of providing high-quality learning environments across England.

In recent years, we’ve delivered high-quality education projects under the framework, including Minsthorpe Community College in South Elmsall, encompassing a new net-zero-carbon-in-operation sports facility and the refurbishment of teaching spaces.

On earlier frameworks, we also completed projects at The Axis Academy, Longcroft School, and Withernsea Primary School, reflecting our expertise in delivering schools that are safe and sustainable, as well as tailored to the needs of students and staff.

This reappointment positions us to contribute to a range of upcoming school construction projects, helping communities benefit from modern, adaptable learning spaces.

Being reappointed to the DfE framework is a reflection of our consistent delivery and commitment to quality across education projects. Our experience working within public sector frameworks allows us to support clients efficiently, with a strong focus on sustainability and long-term value. We look forward to continuing to support the DfE’s objectives by creating inspiring, safe and sustainable learning environments that meet the needs of schools and the communities they serve.
