Delivered six weeks ahead of original programme, phase one of ARK comprises of four detached units ranging in size between 17,050 and 35,950 sq ft.

 

Totalling 107,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space at the popular Markham Vale, the scheme boasts sustainability credentials including BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings to ensure all occupiers meet increasingly stringent ESG expectations and reduce their costs.

Positioned in a great location next to the M1, each unit features flexible ground floor space with 8 metres clear internal height, a first floor with kitchenette, a high-quality service yard up to 52 metres depth and parking provisions - with EV chargers.

 

The project was delivered on behalf of Origin, a joint venture partnership between HBD (Part of Henry Boot) and Feldberg Capital.

ARK was one of the first Origin schemes on site so it’s great to see phase one now complete. Markham Vale is a proven I&L location, providing occupiers with excellent transport links and sustainable infrastructure plus a strong local labour supply. While supply has increased within the region, there remains a shortage of good quality stock in prime locations like the M1 corridor; particularly for best-in-class, ESG compliant space which remains a rarity in I&L.
